Dear Diary, yesterday …
You’ll be happy to hear I’ve been doing much better logging my meals in a timely manner. Not to mention I’ve actually been eating zucchini and cauliflower and I never eat that stuff. I’m a real veggie hater, always have been. Yesterday was aggravating, lunch was a mess and three hours late. Then dinner had so much spinach it took over the dish and I was only able to eat about half of it. But I pushed through it, it’s not like it was hard since lunch made dinner late as well, but the point is I didn’t munch on anything else all evening.
Last night was awful, twice I was up with the worst leg cramps of my life. Hubs was trying to help by rubbing my ankle, but they were so severe I was nearly in tears. I’ve read it could be a lack of salt and not enough water. And even though I was low on my water intake a couple days ago the last two days I’ve been on it. Yesterday I drank like five water bottles full which is nearly a gallon. I’ve definitely got to do some research and see if there’s a supplement for it.
Food Diary – Day Eight
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee and a chocolate protein drink.
Lunch: Chicken fritters and Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce sauce.
MACROS: 6.4% carbs, 29.3% Protien, and 64.3% Fat
