We had the best lunch I tell you, I didn’t even miss not having the bread. Inspired by our taco salads dinner last evening we took all the makings of a BLT and put them into a salad!! It’s been a good day, no headaches, and no excessive tiredness, I just hope it last. I’ve been drinking my water these past two days too, nearly a whole gallon. I spent most of my day working on post for October. I did post our “Fall Bucket List” today, check it out.
I almost forgot to tell you, I finally dared to get on the scales today and I’ve lost 13.9 lbs since starting Keto. I’m so happy!!
Food Diary – Day Eighteen
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee, Eggs x2, Cheddar, and Pork Sausage.
Lunch: Romaine Lettuce, Bacon, Cheddar, Tomatoes, and Mayo.
Dinner: Air Fried Chicken Breast and Cauli-Tots.
MACROS: 5.2% carbs, 18.5% Protien, and 76.4% Fat
