Another day of struggling with leg cramps, and once again I found myself hungry more than not. I don’t understand that because usually on a low carb, high fat diet you find yourself not hungry most often.
Food Log – Day Fifty
Breakfast, Bullet Proof Coffee with a couple of scrambled eggs with sausage.
Lunch, we tried another new recipe Healthy Pumpkin Pancakes. I’ve been wanting pancakes lately and since we made those Pumpkin Brownies a couple days ago we had some leftover pumpkin puree to use up anyway. OK well they were a little heavy but tasted good, even the husband liked them. Now the bad … when I logged my food, myFitnessPal said just two of them was 22 carbs! I don’t think so but I guess it’s back to looking for a good pancake recipe that’s really low carb.
Dinner was leftover soup, Shredded Chicken Chili.
MACROS: 12.9% Carbs, 20.1% Protien, and 77.1% Fat
