I had a sweet tooth tonight so we took our old brownie recipe and swapped out some ingredients to see how it would turn out. It wasn’t really sweet but add some reddi whip and we both enjoyed it!
So after getting some needed keto advice earlier… I realized next month we need to up the fat and watch the protein counts. The reason being the excessive hunger of course and the fact that I’ve done a keto strip test a couple times and it’s been negative each time.
Food Log – Day Fifty Six
Breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage, and bullet proof coffee.
Lunch was nothing, skipped right past it.
Dinner was seasoned chicken x2 =)
MACROS: 4.1% Carbs, 19.2% Protien, and 76.6% Fat
