The temptations are real, the nite time urge to snack is back and harder than ever to fight. Like right now I’m sitting here are nearly 11PM eating pumpkin brownie x2 and Reddi Whip!
Food Log – Day Fifty Two
Breakfast, was just Bullet Proof Coffee today.
For Lunch, we had a couple of scrambled eggs with sausage.
And for Dinner, we had the last of the leftover soup, Shredded Chicken Chili.
MACROS: 6.9% Carbs, 17.1% Protien, and 76% Fat
