I felt pretty good today, although I felt hungry. Well not so much this morning but this afternoon and on for sure. I wonder if that’s just a side effect of keto flu?

Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee x2, butter scrambled eggs x3, mild pork sausage patties.
Lunch: Tuna Patties x2 and Homemade Caesar Dressing.
Dinner: Beef patties stuffed with pepperjack cheese x2 and bacon wrapped pickle fries x3.
MACROS: 4% carbs, 23.6% Protien, and 72.4% Fat
