Lately I’ve been craving sweets. I’ve also have been feeling hungry more often, starving even, sometimes. I wonder if that’s related, like maybe eating sweet treats throws my hunger patterns off…
Anyway I keep finding myself experimenting with sweet recipes and so far I haven’t really found one that’s low (enough) in carbs nor taste as good as I want it too. I see people in the facebook groups sharing their go to sweets so of course we make them and like, gross. OK not everything is gross but it’s still not what I expect, for example these Pumpkin Brownies we made yesterday. I didn’t taste pumpkin at all and seriously didn’t really taste chocolatey either like the two flavors just kind of got muddled together. And they certainly aren’t what I expect when it comes to brownies.
Seriously there’s got to be something out there that fills that need for me!
Food Log – Day Forty Eight
You would think I would get tired of the same old Breakfast, but luckily not so far! It was once again, Bullet Proof Coffee with a couple of scrambled eggs and sausage patties.
Lunch was leftovers, Crockpot Taco Soup.
It’s simply seasoned chicken fingers for Dinner tonight.
MACROS: 4% Carbs, 17.9% Protien, and 78.1% Fat
