OK well today it’s been OK I guess, if I don’t think about the fact that I don’t know where the day went. I didn’t sleep thru it so maybe I’ve got the brain fog again (keto flu symptom), then again it could’ve just been that when I’m working on these post for Halloween I’m just so focused – time flies!
Yesterday we made this biscuit recipe and I made the remark they we’re good. So today we had the leftovers with lunch and I still say they are good BUT they aren’t really like biscuits. It’s more like a corn bread consistency. We will definitely make them again, like they would be good with chili for sure but I think I’ll keep looking for a good biscuit recipe. I really want some good biscuit and gravy.
Food Log – Day Forty Five
Breakfast was the usual, Bullet Proof Coffee.
For Lunch we fried a couple eggs, sausage patties, and had those leftover biscuits from yesterday.
Dinner was seasoned almond flour crusted chicken and pepperjack green beans – about the only veggie I actually LIKE.
MACROS: 3.7% Carbs, 16.1% Protien, and 80.1% Fat
