I got on the scale this morning and it shows another small loss. At this rate I’m right on track to hit my first milestone (50 pound lost by Christmas) but I gotta tell ya even though I’ve lost something like 22 pounds at this point I still don’t see it. Nor has this little bit of loss helped much. I was painting outside a couple days ago and still couldn’t stand more than a couple minutes before sharp trembling pains started in my lower back. One day at a time, I’ll get there.
Food Log – Day Forty Nine
Breakfast, Bullet Proof Coffee with a couple of scrambled eggs and bacon.
Lunch, we didn’t eat anything.
Dinner, was a new soup, Shredded Chicken Chili. We used 2 cans of Rotel Tomato with Diced Chilies in it and O M G the smell coming this stuff makes your mouth water! It was YUMMY but doesn’t look like it’ll be 6 servings as it states. Maybe 4 (1.5 cup) servings, next time we’ll increase the chicken broth as well.
MACROS: 4.1% Carbs, 23.1% Protien, and 72.1% Fat
