It now been three nights in a row that the leg cramps have been back, not severe but enough to wake me up at night. I finished up a few edits for today’s post and then played WoW most of the day.
Food Log – Day Forty One
Breakfast was Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, liquid stevia, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter) with a couple scrambled eggs and bacon.
Lunch today was supposed to be tuna salad (tuna, onion, dill pickle, and mayo) and a handful of spicy pork rinds. Well that was lunch but for some reason I just couldn’t eat the pork rinds. It’s weird I like them, but I guess I just need to be in the mood for em.
Dinner was a little bit of an experiment, using the same method as Lazy Chicken. We put 2TB of marinara on our chicken breast then pressed on some shredded cheddar. On top of that we laid pepperonis and then covered it all with bacon strips to air fry. We also had my favorite french green beans with pepperjack cheese.
MACROS: 6.2% Carbs, 21.6% Protien, and 72.3% Fat
