If you haven’t figured it out I’m getting really tired of the same old food. To the point I’m finding myself skipping meals and I don’t think that’s very smart for a food addict. I need variety if I’m going to make it another 30 days. I seriously want LESS beef and more fish, coleslaw and chocolate!
Today was good, my legs are sore from some mild cramping. But otherwise I felt OK.
I actually spent most of the day playing WoW. You really gotta love this community, tonight was the annual #GnomeRun2k17 ‘Running of the Gnomes’ event. It’s a charity event to benefit the Cleveland Clinic and the creators of the Tuohy Vaccine that is currently in the early stages of human clinical trials. Food Log – Day Forty
Breakfast was Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, liquid stevia, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter) with a couple scrambled eggs and sausage patties.
I was hungry but seriously I just couldn’t decide what I wanted so for Lunch it was a boiled egg, some cheddar, and a few slices of turkey.
I’m starting to feel the burnout … I didn’t want leftovers tonight for Dinner, so made simple naked cheeseburgers.
MACROS: 4.2% Carbs, 20.8% Protien, and 75% Fat
