I can’t believe this is day 46 seriously, LIKE WHAT!?!?! I don’t think I’ve ever stuck with diet changes this long before (well maybe once before). I can honestly say it’s watching the scale go down that has kept me going. At this rate I think I’ll have lost 50 pounds by the holidays, at least that’s my first goal or milestone I’m going for anyway.
Food Log – Day Forty Six
You would think I would get tired of the same old Breakfast, but luckily not so far! It was once again, Bullet Proof Coffee with a couple of scrambled eggs and bacon.
For Lunch we decided to try an old favorite, keto style. Chili Cheese Dip has been one of my families favorites for years. But since we can’t have Wolf Brand Chili (or can we, hmmmm) anymore we took some left over Cave Man Keto Chili and used it instead.
And for Dinner we had Crockpot Taco Soup, yummy!
MACROS: 8.3% Carbs, 19.5% Protien, and 72.2% Fat
