I must say today was a blur, I don’t even know what I did or didn’t do. I think the husband might’ve shared his flu with me!
Food Log – Day Forty Three
Breakfast was Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter, and liquid stevia).
We made some more of those yummy Keto Donuts for Lunch. This time we used Truvia Brown Sugar Blend thinking that would prevent the bitter aftertaste Stevia sometimes leaves. IT did, they we’re so good! BUT we screwed up and used the full 1/3 cup which is like 64g carbs (32g net). According to the package we should have used only 2tbs and 2tps which would have been the equivalent.
I have been craving fish so the husband made coleslaw and whiting for Dinner.
MACROS: 13.1% Carbs, 19.3% Protien, and 67.6% Fat
