OK the leg cramps are getting worse, I was up about every two hours last night. I was so exhausted this morning that I didn’t even wake up till almost 10:30Am. I spent most of today editing, and reediting, all of my post for October. Maybe now I’ll be happy enough with them to leave them alone and get the rest of this month’s post written.
Food Log – Day Forty Two
Breakfast was Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter, and liquid stevia) with a couple scrambled eggs and sausage patties.
I don’t know why I didn’t notice, I wasn’t hungry I guess, but I didn’t notice untill well into the afternoon that Lunch time had even passed us by.
For Dinner we made Cave Man Keto’s Chili.
MACROS: 5.5% Carbs, 19.6% Protien, and 74.9% Fat
