I woke UP feeling better this morning, not awesome, but much better than yesterday. I spent a couple of hours exploring Argus before I started feeling feverish again. A sugar-free powerade seemed to perk me up enough to also play right through the afternoon and evening.
We had some issues again tonight with macro counts not matching up the recipes we had planned to use. We made this lovely marinara sauce (linked below) expecting it to be 4g carbs per 1/4 cup serving. What we ended up with is 12g carbs instead. Now I can only guess that it was maybe the brand of tomatoes we used because otherwise I just don’t know. Of course if we hadn’t been out of HWC our dinner wouldn’t have been just anything we could throw together. We had planned to have Alfredo Chicken but we didn’t realize until after the chicken was ready that we we’re out. Go Figure.
Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel even better!!
Food – Day Four
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee x2, buttery scrambled eggs x3, with a little pepperjack cheese, and bacon x3.
Lunch: Tuna Patties x2 with Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing.
Dinner: Shredded chicken breast, Three Cheese Garlic Marinara Sauce, zucchini, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
MACROS: 5.3% carbs, 32.1% Protien, and 62.6% Fat
