Dear Diary, yesterday ..
It was a slow day again as in lunch was four hours late, so I saw no point in even making dinner. I’m starting to feel like a broken record ..
Food Diary – Day Nine
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee, buttery scrambled eggs, and bacon.
Lunch: Parmesan crusted chicken and cucumber – tomato salad.
MACROS: 4.8% carbs, 24.3% Protien, and 70.9% Fat
