Sometimes despite what a good day it’s been I just have a hard time knowing what to put here. I’m sure I could be doing a better job of sharing my food log and day’s experiences. But some day’s my mind is just a blank. Maybe I need to make an better outline for my daily Dear Diary post. It probably wouldn’t hurt if I gave a little more details about my meals as well.
Food Diary – Day Nineteen
Breakfast: Buttery scrambled eggs with a little cheddar.
Lunch: Pizza burgers (turkey burger with a little pizza sauce, 4-5 pepperonis, and some mozzarella) with pickle spears.
Dinner: Parmesan crusted chicken and cauli-tots.
MACROS: 4.5% carbs, 24.7% Protien, and 70.9% Fat
