Did I tell you I’m not doing this keto thing alone? No? Well let me tell you I’ve got my hubs doing it and our youngest daughter as well. My hubs has always jumped on every weight loss train I have and always with much more success, of course. My youngest daughter on the other hand has been diagnosed with PCOS and like me has a much harder time losing weight. But with us supporting each other hopefully we can make this a change in lifestyle and not just some new diet that we’ll eventually get over.
Now on a personal note, at my age (50 last month) I wasn’t surprised when my menstrual cycles we’re so few and far between last year. That’s because last year I was having menopausal symptoms like no cycle for months at a time and hot flashes most nights. So you can imagine my surprise upon waking up this morning and finding mother nature had visited me. I can not say I’m happy about this in fact it’s downright frustrating to have already have come to terms with such a drastic change to my body and now it’s like oh hey, just kidding.
Food Diary – Day Seven
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee, buttery scrambled eggs, and pork sausage.
Lunch: Polish sausage and homemade ketchup.
Dinner: Seasoned turkey burger, cauliflower veggie tots, and homemade ketchup.
MACROS: 6.6% carbs, 19.2% Protien, and 74.2% Fat
