Today was a rough day simply because we needed to do some shopping but it got put off another day so we actually had to scrounge a bit to come up with a menu today. I must say though it was creative and YUMMY!!
We were out of eggs so just coffee again this morning. But we’re also out of cream and milk but it was OK because the protein powder gave my coffee a nice vanilla flavor. Then we used romaine lettuce leaves and made a sort of bacon, lettuce, cheese, and mayo (forgot to add the tomato) wrap for lunch. But dinner … O M G I had so missed taco salads! Of course we didn’t add the usual re-fried beans or tortilla chips but regardless it was the best with just ground beef, homemade taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, sour cream, and jalapenos.
I’m noticing a pattern here of coming up short on my 75% fat maybe I need to find a good fat bomb recipe.
Food Diary – Day Seventeen
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee with vanilla protein powder instead of milk.
Lunch: Bacon, cheese, lettuce wrap.
Dinner: Taco salad.
MACROS: 3.1% carbs, 30.6% Protien, and 66.3% Fat
