Today was really a blur, I spent all day working on post for October. Actually I was so focused I just wasn’t even hungry till about dinner time. I like a good tomato based cabbage stew but the one we’ve been making well I do think it could better.
Food Diary – Day Sixteen
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee.
Lunch: Leftover roasted chicken with a little homemade ketchup and mustard sauce, yes just call me weird.
Dinner: Unstuffed cabbage Rolls, Cheddar Cheese, Pepperjack Cheese, Sour Cream, and Jalapenos.
MACROS: 11.1% carbs, 25.4% Protien, and 63.5% Fat
