Once again I was up a couple times last night trying to walk off leg cramps. It wasn’t as bad as the night before but still quite painful. I’m feeling pretty tired these days …
So tonight the kiddos started talking about pizza so of course I started craving pizza. I decided there’s no reason I can’t have pizza!! So I took a couple regular coffee mugs and layered our favorite pizza toppings in them. It was good, if anything it wasn’t enough. I will need to cut the pepperonis up next time because with all the cheese I added everything clumped up together making it hard not to eat it all in very few bites. Next time I think I’ll make it with Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
Food Diary – Day Ten
Breakfast: Bullet proof coffee and a chocolate protein drink.
Lunch: Parmesan chicken and a romaine salad.
Dinner: Mug pizza.
MACROS: 6.3% carbs, 24.5% Protien, and 69.2% Fat
