I was a bit slow on the blogging today and because of that I got absolutely nothing else I had planned to do today done.
I felt good though, it’s amazing how much better I feel (both of us actually) after finally adding some electrolyte drink mix to our daily routine.
Food Log – Day Thirty Five
Breakfast today was just a Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, liquid stevia, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter) with a regular coffee chaser.
For Lunch today we had leftover pepperoni, mushroom, black olive Meatza.
We tried a new recipe for Dinner tonight, Lasagna Soup. We were both skeptical about whether this could really taste like lasagna. But we both agreed it was good, it actually seemed like all it was missing was the noodles. So we’ll be be adding this to our monthly menu planning for sure.
MACROS: 4.2% Carbs, 25.7% Protien, and 70.1% Fat
