Today was a good day, I felt better (I think it was the electrolyte drink mix) so I hope tomorrow is just as good because I have a lot of work to do! I’m way behind on my blogging and after spending most of today play WoW I realize I’m way behind on that too.
So I went WAY over on my calories today!! I’ve been adding the 2 tbs of Kerry Gold Butter and 1 tbs of coconut oil to my coffee for awhile now. Did you know that’s an extra 320 calories per mug? That means 2 – 120z mugs of coffee come out to almost 800 calories. I mean, who can afford to eat breakfast with that kind of calorie expenditure?
We played around with an Ice Cream recipe tonight using 1 cup HWC, 4oz cream cheese, 1/2 tsp of both vanilla and peppermint extracts, and one block of grated unsweetened baking chocolate. It turned out OK but maybe slightly bitter. Next time we’re not going to add the cream cheese and we’re going to sweeten the chocolate with liquid stevia before adding it.
Food Log – Day Thirty Four
Breakfast today was just a Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, liquid stevia, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter) with a regular coffee chaser.
For Lunch today we had leftover Taco Soup and a salad (mixture of spinach, romaine, and angel hair cabbage) and Ranch dressing.
We made a pepperoni, mushroom, black olive Meatza for Dinner. Yummy!!
MACROS: 2.7% Carbs, 13.4% Protien, and 83.9% Fat
