I spent ALL DAY editing some of my recent post to include thumbnails of previous post after noticing my theme doesn’t offer the “last post” or “next post” links. Isn’t that a little weird, or is it just me being a little ol’school. It was a good day, I felt good but hungry!
Food Log – Day Thirty Nine
Breakfast was just Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, liquid stevia, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter).
Lunch was different, we tried these Low Carb Donuts from WholesomeYum.com
Dinner was a pepperoni Meatza. Yummy!!
MACROS: 1.7% Carbs, 14.1% Protien, and 84.2% Fat
