The brain fog is real …. I don’t know what I did today or still need to do, etc. Not enough salt??
I really need to get a good book that explains this ketogenic lifestyle (keto for dummies) because I don’t feel the energy everyone always talks about. Actually for me it’s maybe one day out of 3-4 that I even feel good!
Food Log – Day Thirty One
OK I can not keep drinking my Breakfast Bullet Proof Coffee (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter) without sweetener… no not gonna do it!
For Lunch we had a salad (mixture of spinach, romaine, and angel hair cabbage) with Ranch dressing plus we had a serving of Taco Soup.
We had some Butter Broth Chicken leftover so we added about 2 tbs scoop of sour scream and maybe 2-3 tbs shredded cheddar and that was Dinner.
MACROS: 18.% carbs, 3.4% Protien, and 77.7% Fat
