OK well it wasn’t great but I can’t complain either especially since this was just from diet changes, healthier foods. I’m not at a point yet that I feel comfortable enough to start walking again. The truth is I have a fear of blowing out my knees again, but I am looking forward to that day! Ok, so the numbers are in, and I have lost a total of 13.2 pounds this first 30 days. Yes I still have a ways to go but that’s why I’m here to hold myself accountable by making my post public.
The husband left at 5am this morning to ride with our youngest to go to one of our others daughters so he could go with her to watch our grandson’s soccer game. Instead of coming home after he went with her grocery shopping. Grocery days are really hard for us, it seriously interferes our meals. Neither of us eat like we should on these days and by the time everyone is home no one feels up to even cooking honestly.
Food Log – Day Thirty Three
Breakfast today was YUMMY Bullet Proof Coffee x2 (12oz brewed coffee, 1 tbs HWC, 1tbs coconut oil, liquid stevia, and 2 tbs Kerry Gold butter). YES!! I went back to using liquid stevia!!
I didn’t eat Lunch but when did start feeling puny I ate the Mini Cheesecake I made last nite.
The husband got home about Dinner time and after putting food away we made a quick and simple meal of bacon devil eggs and sliced turkey.
MACROS: 3.1% Carbs, 11.9% Protien, and 85% Fat
