Last nite was bad again, it started off with cramps in my lower legs and moved right up in the thighs about daylight. Who needs sleep … no I’m not cranky at all.
I spent most of today writing for my 31 Days of Halloween post and spent the evening playing WoW of course.
Food Log – Day Twenty Five
I wasn’t really hungry this morning so for Breakfast I just had Bullet Proof Coffee with Chocolate Protien Power.
Lunch was tuna salad with boiled eggs.
Dinner was supposed to be seasoned chicken breast and Bacon Broccoli Bake. I tried, I really tried, I never liked broccoli and nothings changed! But that’s OK it just means I get some leftover Peanut Butter cookies =}
MACROS: 5% carbs, 20.4% Protien, and 74.6% Fat
