We went to bed last evening about midnight, the usual time. I must’ve slept pretty good because I don’t feel as if I tossed and turned at all. Might explain why the ribs on my right side are so sore today. I woke up pretty early this morning like 6AM and it didn’t take but a few minutes to realize why. I was racked with pain, I’m thinking it must be a urinary infection.
Speaking of being uncomfortable, I know constipation is sometimes and issue for people on Keto and apparently I’m one of those people. I got some Country Farms Raw Seed & Fiber Blends it’s 4g fiber in a powder form so we can add it to most anything. Hopefully this is helpful but maybe we should pick up one of those drink mixes just in case.
Food Log – Day Twenty
For Breakfast today we went simple with just Bullet Proof Coffee. We started off with only a small amount of the butter and oil in our coffees because I was worried adding 2TBS of each right off might reak havoc on the digestive system. But yesterday I bumped mine up to 2 TBS and so far so good.
For Lunch we decided to have a protein shake, mine chocolate and his vanilla. I really like the flavor of this Elevation – Whey Protien Powder but I don’t like that the drink is so thin. I prefer a thicker consistency myself.
Dinner was yummy and this one is turning into one of our favorites. We made Taco Casserole but we used 6oz of sour cream because we’re almost out of cottage cheese. We also chopped some fresh onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, and mushrooms instead of salsa.
MACROS: 5.6% carbs, 22.1% Protien, and 72.3% Fat
