Today is Saturday, I played WoW with my friends most of the day. I went to bed super early because for at least three maybe four nights in a row now I’ve had moderate to severe leg cramps and not much sleep. I think I was probably asleep before my head even hit the pillow.
It’s getting to a bad habit of posting these entries the morning after…
Food Log – Day Twenty Six
Breakfast was once again buttery scrambled eggs, sausage, and Bullet Proof Coffee.
I didn’t eat Lunch, but then again it was quite late when I ate breakfast.
For Dinner I enjoyed some air fried drumsticks. I admit I didn’t eat my veggies because it was broccoli, again, yuck. So of course I was hungry not long afterwards. I had a bit of cheddar cheese, pepperoni slices, and black olives. Yummy!
MACROS: 3.1% carbs, 13.6% Protien, and 83.2% Fat
